About Sandra Debuire

After a real estate career that took her to the French Riviera, Cannes, and Monaco, Sandra Debuire brought her sophisticated and international awareness to the distinctive Miami market in 2014 and soon broke records in a city that was, initially, foreign to her. Achieving over $130 million​ in sales over four years, ranking as the No. 2 real estate professional in Miami Beach and No. 6 in Florida, and becoming part of the prestigious Florida 100 represent a mere snippet of the many accomplishments Sandra has generated not to mention the respect of repeat and referral clients.

A Paris native, Sandra’s previous 25-year law and marketing career also gave her a unique entry as a legal home appraiser, which granted her an additional set of skills she would later apply when becoming an agent. After relocating to the Miami market, she relearned the business from a stateside perspective while navigating industry nuances and cultural differences. Sandra’s international roots embed in her a sixth sense when assessing her client's needs, and she has learned the savvy maneuvers as much as the basic requirements for securing properties for her out-of-country clients. Fulfilling her growth mindset, Sandra has expanded into Central Florida and has plans to establish a presence in the Palm Beach area as she shrewdly responds to the influx of migration into the state.

Sandra might have adopted a partial American mentality to grow her business here successfully, but she hasn’t lost her European sense of the “joie de vivre.” In her downtime, she enjoys horseback riding, skiing, gardening, or scuba diving with her two exceptional children, of course. Sandra is involved in several organizations supporting women, children, and animals.
